Jeans, a tee and my leather jacket to make the look feel a little more put together.
Q: WHEN HOSTING CREATE & CULTIVATE EVENTS, HOW DO YOU DECIDE ON AN OFF-SITE OUTFIT THAT WILL KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE AND FEELING GOOD?
I try to wear something that's a staple in my closet, like a go-to dress or jumpsuit. I try not to take any fashion risks for events and just go for a trusty item in my closet.
Q: WITH THE EVER-SHIFTING RULES OF OFFICE ATTIRE, WHAT DRESS CODE DOES THE CREATE & CULTIVATE OFFICE FOLLOW OR NOT FOLLOW?
I feel like we are really flexible with the dress code. Some days we come to work in workout clothes and other days we come in with a blazer and heels. It's all about the mood of the day.
Q: IT'S PRESENTATION DAY! YOU'VE BEEN PREPARING FOR THIS MEETING FOR WEEKS, WHAT IS THE POWER OUTFIT THAT MAKES YOUR FEEL CONFIDENT IN FRONT OF THE EXEC TEAM?
A blazer for sure. Nothing makes me feel more polished and professional.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL OUTFIT THAT CAN TAKE YOU FROM WORK TO HAPPY HOUR?
I would say skinny jeans, my favorite pair of black booties, and a flowy blouse.

Dresses are always a good office staple that will keep you cool in the L.A. heat. They can be dressed up with a jacket thrown over the shoulders a cute pair of flats or heels.

I would say Reformation, Zara, Madewell, Topshop, and vintage.
