A quick an easy go-to outfit for me would be a high rise pair of denim wash vintage Levi's paired with loose white white or black tee and oversize power-suit men's blazer. Add a cute pair of red cowboy boots or a strappy open toe sandal or mule and I'm set.   Â
Q: WHEN HOSTING CREATE & CULTIVATE EVENTS, HOW DO YOU DECIDE ON AN OFF-SITE OUTFIT THAT WILL KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE AND FEELING GOOD?Â
Sneakers are a definite must with a comfortable pair of jeans. I always go for a baggy fit since I'll be running around and adding finishing touches wherever I am needed.  Â
Q: WITH THE EVER-SHIFTING RULES OF OFFICE ATTIRE, WHAT DRESS CODE DOES THE CREATE & CULTIVATE OFFICE FOLLOW OR NOT FOLLOW?Â
We're pretty casual in our day-to-day attire but in my opinion, it's always fun to dress up and look the part. Heels aren't normally an everyday thing and sneakers are very. From a personal perspective, anything with too much midriff or cropped is a no-go for any office setting.Â
Q: IT'S PRESENTATION DAY! YOU'VE BEEN PREPARING FOR THIS MEETING FOR WEEKS, WHAT IS THE POWER OUTFIT THAT MAKES YOUR FEEL CONFIDENT IN FRONT OF THE EXEC TEAM?Â
I am currently obsessed with an all neutral power outfit. Pairing a create wide-leg trouser with a brown belt and neutral cream sleeveless knit. I'll add a few layers of gold chunky pendent necklaces and a comfortable nude platform and be ready to crush the presentation. The key is being confident and for me, that starts with how I feel when I start the day.Â
Q: WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL OUTFIT THAT CAN TAKE YOU FROM WORK TO HAPPY HOUR?Â
A simple floral or printed midi skirt and oversize band tee normally do the trick. Shoes make all the difference so I normally select my favorite kitten heel of the moment.  Â
Q: AS THE TEMPERATURE RISES IN LA THIS SUMMER, WHAT WARDROBE ESSENTIALS KEEP YOU COOL AT WORK?Â
Our office has amazing natural light but when 3pm hits the sun really heats it up - my desk in particular - so I always keep a scrunchy to accessorize on hand if I ever need to cool off and put my hair in a pony or loose bun. I also think it's always good to wear a few layering pieces especially in the colder weather where I can add on my leather jacket or remove a layer for summer.Â
