Q: MONDAYS ARE TOUGH NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE YOUR JOB. WHAT IS YOUR GO-TO MONDAY LOOK?  

Classic blue jeans and a solid white or black top with a bandana around the neck for a pop of color.   

Q: WHEN HOSTING CREATE & CULTIVATE EVENTS, HOW DO YOU DECIDE ON AN OFF-SITE OUTFIT THAT WILL KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE AND FEELING GOOD? 

I work in production which means finding an outfit I can (literally) run in, move boxes in, and has pockets to clip a walkie to or hold my things. Dark jeans and a black top with Nike wedges are usually my go-to but if I have to be more presentable I have a long-legged black romper with pockets that works also. The Nike wedges are the staple and go-to for sure. They allow me to run, match everything and have just enough wedge to give me a little boost.  

Q: WITH THE EVER-SHIFTING RULES OF OFFICE ATTIRE, WHAT DRESS CODE DOES THE CREATE & CULTIVATE OFFICE FOLLOW OR NOT FOLLOW? 

I promised myself that I would never work for a company that requires a suit. Create & Cultivate allows me to wear clothes that I am comfortable in, show my personality, and allow me to be productive. Create & Cultivate is great at providing a dress code that allows you to be you. 

Q: IT'S PRESENTATION DAY! YOU'VE BEEN PREPARING FOR THIS MEETING FOR WEEKS, WHAT IS THE POWER OUTFIT THAT MAKES YOUR FEEL CONFIDENT IN FRONT OF THE EXEC TEAM? 

Whether it is a meeting or an interview I always feel comfortable in jeans. I add a nice pop of color with a blouse and I'm ready to run the meeting.   

Q: WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL OUTFIT THAT CAN TAKE YOU FROM WORK TO HAPPY HOUR? 

Jeans are clearly the theme here. Can't go wrong with a classic jean and a cute top (graphic tee, solid white or black tank or tee), throw a black leather jacket on and add a little pump or wedge and you're ready to go.  

Q: AS THE TEMPERATURE RISES IN LA THIS SUMMER, WHAT WARDROBE ESSENTIALS KEEP YOU COOL AT WORK? 

Show Me Your Mumu is a staple in my closet. I've purchased a few flowy skirts and pants with great patterns that I can dress up or down.   

Q: WHAT ARE THE TOP 5 BRANDS AROUND THE CREATE & CULTIVATE OFFICE RIGHT NOW? 

Show Me Your Mumu, Aerie, and Madewell are the top three I can think of.
