Q: MONDAYS ARE TOUGH NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU LOVE YOUR JOB. WHAT IS YOUR GO-TO MONDAY LOOK? Â
I definitely like to start the week on a high note so I'll opt for something tailored. Typically that is a pair of high waisted pants with a t-shirt and heels or a silk slip dress with a blazer and sandals. We live and work in L.A. so a relaxed tailored look suits the weather and the lifestyle while still feeling professional.  Â
Q: WHEN HOSTING CREATE & CULTIVATE EVENTS, HOW DO YOU DECIDE ON AN OFF-SITE OUTFIT THAT WILL KEEP YOU COMFORTABLE AND FEELING GOOD?Â
Comfort is key, for sure, but if I'm moderating panels at that event then I also need to consider a look that works on stage and in photos that will be shared with press. For the recent Self Care Summit I moderated two panels, but was also helping manage talent and press in the green room so I kept it comfortable with high - waisted tailored pants and a cropped tee. I wore flats for most of the day and put on heels when it was time to hit the stage.  Â
Q: WITH THE EVER-SHIFTING RULES OF OFFICE ATTIRE, WHAT DRESS CODE DOES THE CREATE & CULTIVATE OFFICE FOLLOW OR NOT FOLLOW?Â
It's definitely a smart-casual vibe. Jeans, tees, skirts, dresses, blazers, heels, sneakers, sandals, flats - it's a mix but it always errs on the the side of professional.Â
Q: IT'S PRESENTATION DAY! YOU'VE BEEN PREPARING FOR THIS MEETING FOR WEEKS, WHAT IS THE POWER OUTFIT THAT MAKES YOUR FEEL CONFIDENT IN FRONT OF THE EXEC TEAM?Â
Definitely a blazer. I love my Camilla and Marc blazer with gold buttons. It has the most amazing cut that fits at the waist with power shoulders.Â
Q: WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL OUTFIT THAT CAN TAKE YOU FROM WORK TO HAPPY HOUR?Â
A pair of vintage Levi's paired with a tee, blazer, and heels. I just throw on a red lip before I head out to elevate the look and make it feel dressier.  Â
