Bright and vibrant colors speak to the optimism that was felt at NYFW. Orange shades are a highlight from carrot to cantaloupe.

FLORAL FANTASY

Cheery florals contribute to the overall good-vibe feel at NYFW. Bold color applications and large scale applications elevated the favored motif especially on Spring dresses.

80's_.png

80's

The 80's powers forward as the most influential decade at NYFW. Spring 2020 collections go BIG on shape, with strong tailored shoulders and exaggerated puff sleeves. Other highlights include the return of polka dots, minis, and ruffles.

Midsommar is packed full of whimsical, summer fun. Set to a cheery color palette, materials like eyelet stand out in flowing maxi dresses. Floral prints, stripes and lace trim are just as relevant as casual spring sweater dresses.

MAXI

More is more for Spring 2020 and maxi silhouettes are everywhere, from flowing dresses to skirts. Diaphanous materials and bright colors or prints are commonly featured on maxis.

JUMPSUITS

As the utility trend evolves, jumpsuits remain a must-have, commonly featured with pocket and belted waist details. Materials from denim and canvas to silky blends add to the versatile appeal.

DOTS

Polka dots return for another season as a highly commercial pattern. Select motifs tap into the 80's, while large and small polka dot mixing is new.

STRONG SHOULDERS

No matter how casual a look may be, a crisp blazer with strong shoulders is sure to add sophisticated edge. Oversized, angular shoulders also tap into the recurring 80's trend.

EXAGGERATED SLEEVES

Voluminous puff sleeves are the leading silhouette so far this season. Featured on tops and dresses, these sleeves evolve from bohemian roots and make a lasting impression.
