At PROJECT WOMENS February 2020 show, we partnered with Create & Cultivate, and hosted empowering panels that offered insights to all things community building, inclusivity in the work space, branding, and sustainable lifestyle efforts.

Create & Cultivate recapped of all the gems shared by the panelists, and we highlighted some of our favorite points here.

"We're in a society that is used to consuming and throwing away," said Valeria Hinojosa, certified Yoga Teacher and a full-time conscious travel and lifestyle blogger. Living sustainably and thinking about efficient ways to reduce waste--not only in clothing but as a whole--have been lifestyle choices adopted by more individuals in the fashion industry.

Camila Coelho, one of the world’s biggest beauty and fashion influencers, emphasized how in the beginning stages of building a brand, it's important to listen to everyone, because you want the brand to appeal to a wide audience. This takeaway Coelho shared, highlights the importance of buliding community before launching your business.

These are just two of the seminars that took place at Create & Cultivate x PROJECT WOMENS. Other amazing panels featuring game changers in the fashion industry, where topics such as inclusivity and why it's more than good marketing, and generating online buzz, were discussed.
